Childcare remains a critical issue for New Jersey’s working-class communities. Federal funding cuts and systemic gaps in access threaten to destabilize families and the early education workforce.

This town hall will provide a platform for CWA Local 1037 member Family Childcare Providers and center based childcare workers, and families to share the challenges that impact their lives and present legislative solutions.

This is also an opportunity for lawmakers, advocates, and community leaders to hear the experiences of working-class families and childcare workers and to better understand the urgent need for equitable childcare policies.
