The theme of the 2026 national Bring Your Child to Work Day was “The future is @ work” and CWA Local 1037 staff brought their children and grandchildren to the office for a full day of fun and education.

Staff prepared a video presentation to explain how we support members through contract negotiations, disciplines, and the many financial benefits available to members (including scholarships.)

Kids enjoyed a full lunch and created picket signs and organized chants and rallies (for more ice cream.) After brief negotiations, their well-defined and leveraged demands were met.
