On Thursday, June 30, CWA 1037 members at Bergen’s Promise overwhelming voted to ratify a contract reopener on economic issues.
The updated agreement begins retroactively from January 1, 2022 and expires on December 31, 2022. The agreement includes an increase in minimum salaries for all titles, a salary adjustment for Care Managers to $46,000, salary differential for workers who possess a Master’s Degree, and across the board increases of 5% and 3% – depending on years of service.
