Arc of Essex County

CWA represents 220 direct care workers at the Arc of Essex County, a private non-profit company based in Livingston, NJ. Members at the Arc care for individuals with developmental disabilities in group homes and day programs throughout Essex County. Workers at the Arc organized with Local 1037 in 2002 and have recently completed negotiations on their second contract.
