Employee of the Month

Loving Hands is proud of all of its dedicated employees. Together, we are making a huge difference in the lives of individuals with disabilities. This quarter we honor three employees who have really gone above and beyond. Because we believe that hard work should be rewarded each employee honored as employee of the month will receive a $25 gift certificate to Olive Garden and a bonus day off to be used in the coming year.

Lisa Marie Jones, Substitute

Lisa Marie has been a dedicated employee of Loving Hands for 11 years. She says, “I work here because I really love the clients. Everything I do is for them. To me, it’s not about money or recognition.”

Darren Randall, Driver

North Brunswick Day Program

Darren just celebrated his 6^th year anniversary with Loving Hands. As an employee at our Day Program, he ensures safe transport of 8 of our beloved clients. He says, “This is the best job I have ever had. Where else can you do such valuable work with a team of such dedicated staff?”

After a short 3 years at Loving Hands, Marisol has proven that responsibility and dedication go a long way towards helping clients fulfill their goals. She says, “I always try to do my part in finding new ways to make things run smoothly here. By working with management we have been able to do so many great things that I don’t think you see at other agencies.”
